Remember when Morgan Freeman was in that car accident last summer, and everyone was speculating that his passenger was his little side piece?
Well, the mystery woman is coming foward to clear her good name -- and she's also suing the actor!
"I am not 'Miss Daisy' as I have been referred to in the press," Demaris Meyer said in a news conference. "I was not and never have been his mistress, nor was I the cause of his marital breakup."
The woman says she went to dinner last July with the actor and some friends and, after, accepted Morgan's invitation to stay the night at his guesthouse.
Uh-huh.
The twosome were then in an accident on the way back, in which Demaris "suffered a broken left wrist and right scapula, various cuts and bruises, and memory loss - injuries she says have left her unable to return to work as an executive assistant."
Specifics of the case have not been revealed, we just know that she's asking for more than $75,000.
You know what I'm thinking, right? She wasn't his mistress yet, but, if there was no car crash, she totally would have been.
