When I was a Brownie Girl Scout we went on a camping trip and my Mom came along as a chaperone. It was a pretty rainy, muddy trip. I was in my tent, and woke up in the middle of night and was scared. So, I walked over to where my Mom was asleep -- in a different tent. I woke her up and told her I was scared and she let me climb in her sleeping bag-muddy boots and all!!! I didn't really know what a Mother's love truly was until years later when I became a Mom. I look at my eight-year-old daughter and realize that I would let HER climb into my sleeping bag -- muddy boots and all.
