Robin's egg blue + greige (a combo of grey and beige) + mustard yellow is such a sweet, modern-yet-retro color palette. Used thoughtfully in this nursery, the shades are unexpected but totally inviting. (Wouldn't you want to sleep in a room this chic?) And since the decor doesnt scream "boy" or "girl," it works well for either one.

DIY Tip: Take your cue from this nursery go for a crib in an unexpected color. Buy a vintage-looking style and give it a modern twist with a coat of robin's egg blue or mustard yellow paint -- greige walls look especially good when paired with a pop of color or a pattern.
