Probiotics, reducing your stress and strengthening your abdominal muscles may also help. If bloating continues, try wearing loose clothing. Elastic-waisted clothes can expand during the day and be hidden by beautiful oversize sweaters. Most times no one else will notice. Don’t broadcast your problem to your date or companion. Keep it to yourself.
