MYTH: Women with diabetes shouldn't risk getting pregnant.

TRUTH: Women with either type of diabetes can have a safe pregnancy and deliver a healthy baby by getting regular exercise, keeping their weight gain in check and working with their doctor to aggressively control their blood sugar levels before and during pregnancy.
