You know, I have been hearing rumbling about a hookup between Desperate Housewives star Nicolette Sheridan and David Spade for weeks, but I think my mind was just rejecting the nauseating thought.
Well the denial is over, as the two were on Saturday night, making out in full force. David joined Nic, who recently ended her engagement to Michael Bolton, to celebrate that actress' 45th birthday.
"They arrived separately and even started dinner at different booths," a source told People.com. But that didn't last long -- as the night went on they got closer and closer. "They cuddled and kissed," says an onlooker. "They were full-on making out in a booth."
Another insider swears the two are not dating (coulda fooled me), but, still, Dave took his place right next to the birthday girl as the night's big moment rolled around. "David winked at her and stood by her side while she blew out the candles on her cake."
What is it with David Spade?! I can't figure it out. He's gotten Heather Locklear, had a baby with a Playmate, and now Nicolette? I just don't see it.
