New Whitney Houston Song Debuts Months After Death

Fans of the late singer can hear her voice again in the newly released single "Never Give Up"

It's been more than eight months since Whitney Houston passed away. And while fans are still mourning her loss, they can take some comfort in the fact that the late singer is delivering new music.

The 48-year-old singer, who died tragically in February, has a new greatest hits album called I Will Always Love You hitting store shelves next week, and it features the single "Never Give Up." The song channels Houston's iconic sound, making it a welcome addition to her discography.

"Hold your head to the sky, look them right in the eyes/Tell them you will never quit until the day you get it right/Never, never give up," Houston sings in the song.

I Will Always Love You includes 18 tracks, and it will be interesting to see whether there are any other posthumous songs among Houston's classics. If Houston does have some unfinished works, there's a good chance that we could be getting more of her music in the future once producers find a way to remaster.

No matter how many months or years pass, we'll always be happy to have more Whitney Houston in our lives.
