White-Grape Sparklers

Kids adore having a special cocktail just like the grown-ups do, and this one is surprisingly tasty. The white-grape juice has an appealing, slightly spicy flavor, while the ginger ale provides the bubbles. Just this once, give each kid a stemmed glass (small fingers handle stemware surprisingly well). For older kids, add a couple of frozen grapes on a toothpick—the younger set’s variation on the martini olive!
