Managing Your iVillage Newsletter Subscriptions

Changing Your Email Address
To update your email address and other personal information, log in, go to the Member Profile page and click "Edit this information." Input the new information and save it by clicking the GO! button.

Subscribing to Newsletters
To subscribe to one of our newsletters, visit this page. Select the newsletters you want, enter the email address where you would like to receive the newsletters, then click the Submit button.

Current Subscriptions
Review your current newsletter subscriptions here. Your choices will be check marked.

Problems Receiving Your Subscriptions
Make sure you are still subscribed to our newsletters by checking the newsletter management page. If you are subscribed, please make sure you are able to receive emails from us by adjusting your spam filter or email settings.

Unsubscribing to Newsletters
To cancel a newsletter subscription, go to the unsubscribe page. Select the newsletters you no longer wish to receive, enter the email address to which the newsletters are being sent, then click Submit. (The email address to which a newsletter is sent is listed at the bottom of each newsletter under the heading Manage Your Subscriptions.)

Pregnancy & First Year of Life Newsletters
Update your email address or other personal information here. Update your due date, family information and Pregnancy & Parenting newsletter preferences on the family profile page.

The Pregnancy newsletter is sent on Mondays. Because of the schedule, it may appear that your newsletter lags a week behind your pregnancy's progress. To adjust this, log into your family profile, then reset your due date back seven days (or 14 days if behind two weeks, etc.).

Spam Filters and iVillage Mailings & Newsletters

Depending on your Internet service provider or mail program, some mail from iVillage may not get through to your inbox.

-- Newsletters are sent to the address you used when you subscribed.
-- On the message boards, email notifications, member-to-member emails and digests are sent to the email address associated with your member name.

You can check to see if the email on your account is correct by logging in and checking your account information. If your email address is up-to-date and your newsletter subscriptions are correct, it's possible that these emails are being filtered as bulk mail or spam. Check your bulk mail or spam folders in your email program for any iVillage mail or newsletters that you haven't received.

Review your mail provider's filtering options or use our guide for instructions to adjust the settings for many common email services. If you need further assistance, please contact your ISP or email provider directly for instructions.

iVillage uses several email addresses to send requested information, so be sure to add us by domain instead of using a specific email address.

-- iVillage member mailings, newsletters and mail from iVillage Customer Support will use the domain
-- Message board digests and notifications will use the domain
