Did Nick and Vanessa Lachey Copy Kristin Cavallari's Baby Name?

Nick and Vanessa Lachey have had their baby boy! According to People, Camden John Lachey was born yesterday at 6:54 p.m. and weighed 8 pounds, 9 ounces.

We love the name Camden, which comes from a Scots Gaelic expression meaning "from the winding" -- and obviously Nick and Vanessa do, too. No word on why the couple chose Camden, but John is the name of Nick's dad.

But they're not the only celebrity couple to choose the moniker for their little man: Just last month, Kristin Cavallari and Jay Cutler named their baby boy Camden Jack. (Jack, of course, is a nickname for John.) Cavallari even Tweeted, "I guess Camden is a popular name!" and then quickly added, "By the way, that wasn't a b---y tweet at all...I obviously love the name and I'm glad other people do too."

So, did Kristin unintentionally choose Vanessa's already-had-her-heart-set-on-it baby name? Or did Vanessa choose the name after hearing Kristin's baby news? It's so easy to feel possessive of baby names, whether you've got one picked out for your yet-to-be-born babe or you've just named your child and don't want anyone else to pick the same perfect combo that you settled on. If Vanessa and Nick already had their hearts set on Camden, we're thinking they were probably a little bummed out when they heard about baby Camden Jack Cutler -- but good for them for sticking with the name they loved and not feeling compelled to settle for a second choice. And if they decided to name their baby Camden after Kristin and Jay chose it for their son? Well, you know what they say about imitation...
