How it went: Although the reality TV star gave birth at Saint Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, N.J. in August, she only recently shared the details of baby Lorenzo's birth on The Tonight Show, telling host Jay Leno, "I was in labor for 27 hours, but I didn't feel anything because I got the epidural." She also revealed how her water broke, saying that instead of the gush she expected, "... I was just like, peeing my pants every two seconds. I didn't know what was going on! I couldn't control it, and I was like, 'I think my water broke."
