Ever since getting into that nasty altercation with a contestant from America's Next Top Model, Hairspray star Nikki Blonsky has been laying low. But the actress has resurfaced, and has landed a gig on ABC's Ugly Betty.
Nikki will be playing "an assistant over at Mode rival Elle magazine who befriends Betty but seems to have ulterior motives."
Ever since Lindsay Lohan's guest role on the show was cut, rumors have been swirling that Betty's star, America Ferrrera, doesn't really love sharing the spotlight. But America should heed this warning, Nikki can kick some serious ass -- she's due in court on Dec. 1, to answer to charges of common assault and actual bodily harm for allegedly giving a major beat-down Top Model's Bianca Golden.
