Dark Night star Christian Bale will not be facing charges for the assault allegation filed by his mother and sister in London last month. According to the Associated Press, England's Crown Prosecution Service has ordered police not to take any further action against the actor due to insufficient evidence.
Christian, who denied there was any kind of assault, was arrested on July 21, after the actor's family members claimed that Chris got physical with them at a west London hotel. He went in for questioning and was released shortly after.
