Did you know that No Doubt got back together? Neither did we! Even though Gwen Stefani has been churning out solo hits since 2004, she has reunited with her original band for a new album -- their first in a decade. The debut single is called "Settle Down," and you can listen to it below!
The reggae-influenced song is vintage No Doubt, mixing their original ska sound with hip-hop beats and catchy pop hooks. Think we'll be hearing it on the radio this summer?
"Settle Down" is the first single off the album Push and Shove, which arrives on Sept. 25. It's the band's first studio album since 2001's Rock Steady, which contained the hits "Hey Baby" and "Underneath It All." After Rock Steady, No Doubt released a greatest-hits album and went on hiatus, making time for solo projects like Stefani's albums Love. Angel. Music. Baby. (2004) and The Sweet Escape (2006). The band reunited for a summer tour in 2009, but it wasn't until this June that they officially announced their new album.
Now that we've heard the song, we have the music video to look forward to. The "Settle Down" video, in which the band members play truck drivers, premieres tonight on the E! network. You can watch a sneak preview below.
