For a minute there, the buzz was that Kate Hudson would be the woman to get A-Rod to finally, legally (re)commit. Sparking the recent gossip was a supposed engagement ring on Kate's left hand, but the paparazzi of Splash News believe they have the picture that debunks that rumor.
She's all smiles in the photo taken at a Yankees game, but it clearly shows that there's no engagement ring on her jewelry-free left hand. She is, however, wearing a plain gold band on her right hand, which may have inspired the engagement rumor. That's not to say Rodriguez and Hudson won't head down the aisle, but for now, it appears there's no diamond to back up the story.
Whatever the case, it appears her ex-husband's baby news isn't fazing Hudson, who has a 5-year-old boy named Ryder with Black Crowes singer Chris Robinson. Kate and Chris split up three years ago; his new baby mama is a model-turned-yoga-teacher by the name of Allison Bridges. According to US Weekly, the Black Crowe and the yoga teacher have been together for two years and will be having a baby in early 2010.
