3 No-Excuse (No Gym or Gear Required) Workout Routines

These workouts can be done anywhere and no equipment is required

Looking for a no-equipment workout you can do anywhere? Give one of these routines a try.

We love this 30-Minute Workout created by Urban Jungle, a New York City-based boot camp program. All you need is a little space and your own body weight to use as resistance. The key is to only allow yourself 30 seconds of rest between each exercise so you can accomplish an entire body workout in a half hour. For optimum results, do this routine three times a week for three weeks.

For a cardio workout, try Jessica Smith's walking routine. Yes, walking, not running. It's a 30-minute workout than can be done indoors when the weather (or allergies) make it hard to be outside. For best results, do this on your off days from The Urban Jungle Workout.

Jessica Smith has also put together an at-home workout using things like a jug of water, a laundry basket and a few paper plates. It's a quick routine you can do anytime.
