Now We Can Mix Our Own Cereal Online? Genius!

MixMyOwn.com allows folks to fully customize the breakfast of their dreams from all-natural ingredients

This is America, darn it, and that means we’re free to make our own choices! We even have the freedom to make our own cereal, exactly how we want it, thanks to MixMyOwn.com. The company allows folks to create fully customized cereals of their dreams. (But before you go dreaming up Froot Loops mixed with Cinnamon Toast Crunch mixed with Cocoa Krispies with chocolate chips on top, keep in mind the options at MixMyOwn are unprocessed, all-natural and organic, with no added sugar or preservatives.)

Here’s how it works when you log onto the site: First, you choose your base -- like various varieties of muesli, granola or flakes. Next, you choose your base ingredients, like organic red quinoa puffs, whole grain wheat flakes and puffed basmati rice. Then, you move on to selecting your fruits, like organic apple chips or apricots, as well as your nuts and seeds like organic coconut, cashews, pumpkin seeds and more. And then you finish the whole thing off with yummy extras like organic ground cinnamon, organic hemp protein powder or other options.

We love the idea of a healthy breakfast (or snacking!) option that’s totally based on our taste preferences. And we doubly love the concept that, no matter what you pick, it’s going to result in a natural, nutritious and non-GMO product.

Time to get clicking and crunching!

Now let us know! What else in your diet do you wish you could fully customize?
