Hey, Nursing Moms! Learn How You Can Help Set a Breastfeeding World Record

In honor of World Breastfeeding Week, nursing moms worldwide will participate in the inspired Big Latch On. On Saturday, August 6, at 10:30am, wherever they are in the world, moms will sit down in a public place and be counted as they nurse their babes.

The record to beat for most moms nursing? Last year, 9,826 nursing mothers were counted at 325 sites in 16 countries. Originating in New Zealand in 2002, this is the second year it will be celebrated in the U.S.
