What has 24 eyes, makes a lot of noise and flies? Answer: "Octomom" Nadya Suleman's kids on an airplane! Suleman took a flight from New York to L.A. on Friday night with 12 of her 14 children, including the 2-and-a-half year old octuplets. When the flight was delayed for two hours in a thunderstorm, the kids reacted predictably and started screaming. While Suleman, 35, tried to keep them quiet, another passenger -- 3rd Rock from the Sun star Kristen Johnston, 43 -- vented her frustration at Octomom.
Suleman's rep tells TMZ that Johnston (who more recently appeared on ER and Ugly Betty) marched from first class to business class to tell Suleman to control her children. Nadya responded, "How would you like me to keep eight 2-year-olds quiet?" Johnston reportedly snapped back, "Get more help!"
We're guessing that Johnston has never taken a toddler on a long flight, or she'd know that no number of well-paid nannies could stop a 2-year-old from freaking out. Maybe that's what Suleman was thinking when she shot back this retort: "Why don't you grow a baby and get a life!" Not the best comeback we've ever heard, but obviously, tensions were running high.
We know everyone likes to gang up on Octomom, but we're having trouble taking sides in this particular feud. At least Johnston could have plugged in her headphones or taken a Xanax or something -- while Nadya had to deal with the eight toddlers for the entire flight. (And the ride home.
