Though Meat Loaf may not be up for a Grammy, meat loaf will be taking the limelight on Grammy dinner plates. Puck's recipe for classed-up meatloaf uses only the best Kobe beef and is packed with flavor from sweet onions, garlic, soy sauce, cumin, thyme and chives. A thick ketchup-brown sugar mixture is slathered on top for a tangy finish.
