By the time her suggestive song "Physical" became the #1 hit of the decade, Olivia Newton-John was one of the world's hottest stars. You could even call her the Britney Spears of the '80s.
Speaking to the U.K.'s Attitude magazine, Newton-John says she feels a kinship with Spears, as both rose to big fame at a pretty young age. However, she says that she never had to deal with Spears' paparazzi problems: "We'd have occasional intrusion, you know I had a few incidents, but it was nothing like it is now."
