Oprah Winfrey For Senator?

Senator Oprah Winfrey? Um, no.
Ops was just tickled when she heard that the probably-crooked Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich considered appointing her to President Barack Obama's now-vacant spot in the Senate.
"I'm pretty amused by the whole thing," she told BFF Gayle King on Gayle's Sirius radio show. She also said she was "absolutely not" considering it. "I would have said, 'Where would I fit it in with my day job? My mid-day job, my night job, my radio job, my magazine job?'"
But don't doubt Oprah's self-confidence - she totally thinks she could handle being a politician.
"I think I could be Senator too," she told Gayle. "I'm just not interested."
That's right. She's just not interested.
