What You’ll Need: Pink or red paint chips from hardware store, ribbon and heart-shaped hole punch

How to Do It: Cut paint chip to desired size, then punch a heart shaped hole into each square. Thread ribbon through the top heart and secure with knot. Adorable and nearly free!
