Wish Upon a Starfish
You don’t need star baker skills to make this stunner of a mini starfish cake -- just a star-shaped baking pan, some cake mix, and an Ariel topper (available at the grocery store). After the cake has cooled, don’t forget to pipe candy melts in a complimentary color all over, then sprinkle tiny nonpareils on top to get that pretty pearly look.
