Oh, Nadya Suleman, where do we begin?
For a while, things were looking up: You found a job, got yourself off welfare, and bought a nice new house for your 14 kids. Granted, that job was making pornographic films, but hey, at least those octuplets were eating.
Unfortunately, you now seem to be headed back to rock bottom. TMZ is reporting that you're back on the dole, receiving $2800 a month plus medical benefits from the U.S. government. Why do you suddenly need welfare again? Because you reportedly spent all your money on rehab for your Xanax addiction. Now, we're glad you got help, Nadya, but we're a little confused; didn't the rehab facility offer to pay for your treatment? Please don't tell us you turned them down, only to go back on welfare three months later!
At this point, Octomom, it's tough to know what to say. You're clearly having trouble keeping things afloat financially and keeping it together personally. And with 14 children, that's not surprising. We support your decision to stay on welfare for now, for the kids' sake. But you desperately need a long-term plan (preferably one that does not involve porn). It's time to start thinking about your options for permanent employment, rather than these short-lived entertainment gigs you've been milking.
We just have one final piece of unsolicited advice: However you decide to earn money, keep the kids out of it. No more "Rocktuplets" music videos. No Jon & Kate-style reality show. These kids are going to have enough problems without being exploited for America's entertainment or having the responsibility of paying the rent. Honestly, we'd rather see you make another porn video than let that happen.
