'Outsourced,' NBC

Thursdays, 9:30 p.m. ET, starting Sept. 23

What it's about: When an American company moves its call center to India, a mid-level manager named Todd (Ben Rappaport) must move there to train the new staff.

Why we can't wait: Outsourcing is no laughing matter for thousands of Americans who've lost their jobs to cheaper labor overseas. But this sitcom's underlying joke is the ridiculous nature of this trend, and the laughs are light-hearted jabs at everything that's wrong with the American labor system.
