|1 cup dry bread crumbs||1/2 cup skim milk|
|1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated|
Dip chicken legs briefly into skim milk
Mix grated Parmesan, parsley, and breadcrumbs together
Coat chicken legs with breadcrumb mixture
Spray nonstick pan with cooking spray
Arrange chicken legs on pan; spray lightly with cooking spray
Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 45 minutes or until crispy.
