As many as one in four women over age 18 have occasional episodes of involuntarily leaking urine, according to the National Association for Continence (NAFC). But if you run to the bathroom more than eight times a day -- and sometimes don’t make it -- you might have an overactive bladder, a condition that affects one in five people over age 40, and many younger women as well.
