Rice is also a solid, filling foundation for Asian meals, and here you can order half-servings for just 210 calories. Top your half serving of rice with an order of lean 130-calorie Broccoli Beef. This dish contains only 2 grams of saturated fat, along with 13 grams of protein and 3 grams of filling fiber. You can even enjoy two veggie spring rolls (160 calories) as a tasty bonus appetizer.
