In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine pineapple juice, vodka, sugar, and lime juice; shake well. Strain drink into a chilled cocktail glass. Slowly add the blue curacao and allow it to settle on the bottom of the glass. Garnish with a slice of pineapple.
