Pantry Workout



If you have cans and water bottles lying around in your pantry, you can use them as free weights. Start off with 12 reps with the 15-ounce cans (almost 1 pound), then move on to 1-liter water bottles (about 2 pounds) and do another 12 reps. If you prefer a heavier weight, a gallon of water is about 8 pounds. Be creative and mix it up. Just be careful not to use something that’s too heavy or could throw you off balance.
