Parmesan-Roasted Cauliflower

Among my friends who like cauliflower, this is a huge favorite. In fact, every person who tries it looks surprised that they enjoy it as much as they do. If you've ever enjoyed a cauliflower dish, I suggest you add this to your "must-try" list.

Here are the ingredients you'll need.

  • 1 1/2 cups (6 ounces) cauliflower florets
  • 2 teaspoons grated reduced-fat Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley leaves 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
