Parmesan Walnut Crisps

Two ingredients, parmesan and walnuts. Of course you should feel free to add spices. Dried would be best, since fresh herbs may burn and become bitter.

    2 cups grated Parmesan cheese cup walnuts, roughly chopped

      Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a bowl, toss Parmesan and walnuts together. Spread mixture evenly on a parchment paper lined sheetpan. Bake until bubbly and golden. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Break into random pieces.
