Patrick Swayze, who lost his battle with pancreatic cancer on Sept. 14, will be getting a studio sendoff this Sunday. A private memorial has been planned for the actor at Sony Studios in Los Angeles.
Those organizing the event are accepting donations to the Patrick Swayze Pancreas Cancer Research Fund or to the Stand Up to Cancer organization.
This will be the second memorial for Patrick, who was honored at a public service at North Carolina's Lake Lure on Sept. 19. – the town where Dirty Dancing was filmed in 1987.
