Patrick Swayze has won his latest battle.
The star, who was hospitalized last week with pneumonia, is back home. His publicist would not elaborate on the actor's condition but told The Associated Press that Patrick "is well enough to have been released."
Patrick is currently stricken with pancreatic cancer, and has been putting up the fight of his life.
