Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches with a Twist

It's an old standby for kids, but use all-natural peanut butter or other nut butters (try almond or cashew) to make this classic a whole lot healthier and more interesting. Experiment with different flavors of jam or sliced fruit like bananas, cut the sandwiches into pieces (you can even use cookie cutters to make fun shapes), and then let kids mix and match for surprising fruit and nut combinations. And grown-ups will love indulging in a childhood favorite. After all, when was the last time you enjoyed a good ol' PB&J?
