Peanut Sesame Noodle

 
Ingredients:
2 cups (cooked) Barilla Plus pasta
1 cup frozen mixed Asian vegetables
1/2  tablespoon peanut butter
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Sesame oil

Directions:

Mix cooked pasta with cooked vegetables. Dress with peanut butter mixed with soy sauce, rice vinegar, red pepper flakes, a few drops of sesame oil and enough water or skim milk to reach a thick dressing consistency.
