    12 ounces pear nectar cup dried cranberries, rehydrated in warm water
    36 ounces sparkling water or club soda Fresh mint
    cup candied ginger, cut into " strips 1 lime, cut into wedges

      Chill juice and sparkling water. Mix. Skewer dried fruit on toothpick. Serve mocktail in martini or hi-ball glass and garnish with dried fruit pick, lime wedge and fresh mint. Hint: Smack mint between hands before placing in glass to enhance fragrance.
