|12 ounces pear nectar||cup dried cranberries, rehydrated in warm water|
|36 ounces sparkling water or club soda||Fresh mint|
|cup candied ginger, cut into " strips||1 lime, cut into wedges|
Chill juice and sparkling water. Mix. Skewer dried fruit on toothpick. Serve mocktail in martini or hi-ball glass and garnish with dried fruit pick, lime wedge and fresh mint. Hint: Smack mint between hands before placing in glass to enhance fragrance.
