Who says you have to wear a gown to a fancy affair? The singer rocked a black Stella McCartney jumpsuit with a peplum waist and sheer panels at the world premiere of Paul McCartney's music video "My Valentine" in West Hollywood on April 13. To finish off the look, Gwen threw her hair into a chic top knot and slicked on some eye-catching, bright-red lipstick.
