According to a new study, the suburbs are starting to sound a lot more like cities — loud. Most likely, your neighbors are at least partially to blame for the increase in noise. You want to like them, and maybe some of them you genuinely do like. But inevitably, there's always that one. You know — the one who blasts heavy metal in the middle of the night, and burns rubber when he pulls out of his driveway.
