From the ears to the eyebrows to the chin to the hairstyle, Jaden -- now 13 and starring in M. Night Shyamalan's upcoming sci-fi drama After Earth with his dad -- is truly his famous 43-year-old father's Mini-Me.
What's even more startling isn't the family likeness, which has always been noticeable, but the fact that young Master Jaden has transformed from the cornrowed tween who starred in 2010's The Karate Kid remake into a full-fledged teenager! Jaden posted the photo from the After Earth set on his WhoSay page. The movie, about a father and son (the Smiths) who explore an alien planet, is scheduled for a June 2013 release.
In addition to the on-screen Smith and son reunion (they first acted together in Will's Oscar-nominated drama The Pursuit of Happyness), Jaden is also slated to star opposite his younger sister Willow Smith, 11, in an adaptation of the popular children's graphic novels, Amulet. Oh, and the film is reportedly being coproduced by their dad's production company Overbrook Entertainment -- the Smiths like to keep it in the family!
