The heartthrob created a role for Nicole in his film Days of Thunder. It was history from there, as the color-coordinated couple tied the knot in 1990.
Two years after the star couple wed, they announced the adoption of their first tot, Isabella. They adopted another child, Connor, in 1995.
Nicole turned heads at the 53rd Annual Golden Globe Awards. But it wasn't her stunning white gown or swoon-worthy looks that kept all eyes on her. Nicole left the awards show with her first Golden Globe for her portrayal of Suzanne Stone Maretto in To Die For.
After starring in Days of Thunder and Labor of Love with her then-hubby, the power couple teamed up for a third time in the film Eyes Wide Shut. At 32, Nicole never looked younger!
By 2001, Nicole's love life took an unexpected turn. After 10 years of marriage, Tom filed for divorce, leaving Nicole devastated. Love is in the air! After meeting in 2005, the redhead began dating country singer Keith Urban. The Aussies tied the knot in June of 2006 with a star-studded wedding that included guests Hugh Jackman and Naomi Watts.
Miracle baby! After years of fertility issues, Nicole finally gave birth to her first child with Keith, Sunday Rose. The couple was all smiles at the CMT Music Awards, as Keith proudly rubbed his glowing wife's belly. So cute!
Look at those legs! Nicole flaunted her post-baby body at the Nine world premiere just a year after giving birth to Sunday.
Gorgeous ladies! Sunday is the splitting image of her beautiful mama. The pint-sized cutie became a big sister when Nicole and Keith welcomed their second daughter, Faith Margaret, via surrogate on Dec. 28, 2010.
The alluring actress did it again! Not only did Nicole stun at the 83rd Annual Academy Awards, but she was also nominated for yet another Oscar for her performance in the drama Rabbit Hole.

As Nicole turns 46 on June 20, her life couldn't be better. She is married to her ideal husband, has acted in countless movies, and has four adorable children. With films like Grace of Monaco and Before I Go to Sleep currently in post- production, Nicole has plenty more in store for us -- and we can't wait!
