    Ingredients

    1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese 1 tablespoon milk or water
    1 puff pastry sheet 1 Schaller & Weber wiener (beef and pork)
    1 egg 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

      Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

      Cut puff pastry into one 7x3.5-inch rectangle.

      Place 1/4 of the grated Swiss cheese on the puff pastry.

      Whisk together egg and milk (or water); coat wiener with flour and then dip in egg mixture.

      Place wiener on puff pastry and roll just enough to pinch the ends closed, then brush remaining egg wash on top of the pastry and top with the remaining grated cheese.

      Put the pig in a blanket on a sheet pan lined with wax paper and bake 20 to 30 minutes.
