Pink Princess Cake Recipe

You little princess will love this pink cake. Topped with a rhinestone tiara, it's the perfect centerpiece for a royal-themed birthday party.

Makes 1 round 2-layer cake

Ingredients:

For cake:

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • Pink gel food coloring
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 11/2 cups all-purpose flour

For frosting:

  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk (more if frosting is too stiff)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Pink gel food coloring
  • Confetti sprinkles
