even my 2yo can help make it, and kids love it. NOTE: To shorten time, left over chicken can be used and vegies can be pre-cooked in microwave.
|2 ds salt and pepper||2 clv garlic crushed|
|3 cn cream of mushroom and chicken soup||0.5 c diced onion|
|2 pk family size frozen mixed vegies - thawed||2 stalks celery chopped|
|1 T rosemary||2 T olive oil|
|8 pita pockets (any type/flavour works)||1 t rubbed sage|
|3 lb Chicken boneless skinless tenderloins diced||2 t thyme|
in large pot heat oil over med/high heat
saute onion, celery, and seasons until onion and celery are tender
add chicken, cook till done, reduce heat
add in vegies and heat for about 10 min till tender
add condensed soup, continue to mix till warm enough to eat
Stuff pita pockets,( if not too hot little ones can help) and serve
