Poll: Should Tyler Clementi's Tormentors Get Jail Time?

Police are investigating the death of Tyler Clementi, 18, the Rutgers University student who tragically killed himself after two fellow students allegedly broadcast video of his sexual encounter with another man.

His tormentors, Dharun Ravi and Molly Wei, both 18, have been charged with invasion of privacy for allegedly secretly taping and broadcasting Clementi’s actions -- and they could face jail time.

CBS News Legal Analyst Jack Ford said on The Early Show that five years in prison is the maximum penalty the two students could face for an invasion of privacy charge. But authorities have announced that additional changes could possibly be filed, and the addition of hate crime charges could allow a judge to increase the amount of jail time.
