| 3 cups cubed chicken | Pepper | |
| 1 (8 ounces) carton sour cream | 1/4 cup white wine | |
| 1 can of cream of celery soup | 1 Roll Ritz crackers, crushed | |
| 2 tablespoons poppy seeds | 1/2 cup or 1 stick melted margarine | |
| Salt |
Place cubed chicken in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Mix next five ingredients together. Pour over chicken.
In a small saucepan, melt margarine. Add crushed crackers and mix. Put on top of chicken and bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes.
