You carried baby in your belly for nine months, now you have a few years of carrying her in your arms. “You’ve got a built-in resistance workout each time you lift her,” says celebrity trainer Kathy Kaehler. To even out the muscle tone and avoid injury, switch arms when you carry your babe. Or, add more weight to the bottom of your stroller -- and you can shape your arms into guns rivaling Michelle Obama's. “Try placing two five-pound dumbbells in the under-carriage for more resistance,” says Kaehler. “Plus, when you stop at the park, you can do upper body exercises with them.”
