I can really sympathize with your desire to know and although there is no way to guarantee anything in this "business," I could find no association in the literature between paternal marijuana use and fetal defects. I read two studies which investigated paternal drug use and gastroschisis (an anomoly where the fetus' bowel develops externally) and neural tube defects, but neither could demonstrate an association.

The use of marijuana is illegal, which puts your family at risk.

I wish you well and hope this reassures you.
