Month 5 (Weeks 17-20)

-- Zap that salt craving (corn chips, anyone?) by stocking up on healthier dry-roasted peanuts or air-popped popcorn. Check out these superfoods.

-- Ask for a 3D image at your sonogram appointments. Some places won't do it unless you ask.

-- Elevate your feet every day. If you’re in an office setting, see if you can order or borrow a footrest to place under your desk...

-- Try to order your nursery furniture this month. Some companies can take up to 16 weeks to ship.

-- Don’t forget to register for health items, too, such as an infant thermometer, a humidifier, and a baby bathtub.

-- Schedule a prenatal massage! This is a great time to get one, since in a couple months when baby gets bigger and really starts kicking, even those pregnancy massage tables can get a little uncomfortable.
